This unit covered the different parts of speech (nouns, adjectives, verbs, etc). It stated each section and subsection; ex. noun- common, proper/ countable and uncountable. It gave examples of each and explains how to use them. This unit is very helpful when explaining parts of speech to beginners. It also gave good advice on how to think about using them.I really loved how the teacher in these videos portrayed the difference between a well done class and a mediocre class. My favorite touch was the use of his voice. It made me think about how a teacher can so easily ruin the flow of a lesson with a fast, quiet voice. The students are translating everything in their heads. They need and appreciate a slow talker.
