In this unit we learned the needed materials a teacher should use for teaching students. It gave good suggestions about what the advantages and disadvantages are to using a course book. I learned the difference between authentic materials versus creative materials. Also, when choosing a coursebook there are many things you need to consider when choosing a book.The past tense, like the present tense, is not one tense as native English speakers think but is actually composed of four separate tenses. These correspond with the four present tenses, but as the name suggests, take place in the past. Mastering the four different kinds in the past therefore may be easier for students who have mastered the four present tenses.
