This unit explains the four types of past tenses. Past simple, past perfect, past continuous and past perfect continuous. I learned there is a definite rule for each of these. The pattern is also the same for present and future tense. I learned that there is an exception for irregular verbs as they do not have 'ed' at the end when using in past tense form.Learning about the different kinds of tests were helpful. The only things I know about tests and assessments are from what I had experienced in my own schooling, so understanding the different kinds and when they are most appropriately used is a new perspective for me. The unit also detailed the importance of these tests and how they will benefit the students.
