Unit 12 gives very full information about productive skills, their usage, importance, balance and influence. True, many teachers often neglect writing. It’s important to have all the important factors which may make students language proper. I think productive skills are very important, same as receptive ones. Good to know about games and their great usage.The past tenses give a lot to think. Mistakes happen very quickly! I really liked the task sheet that helped resume the unit and reflect on the differences between the tenses. Also to look for ideas of for the Activate phase of the lesson and thinking how to explain to a beginner which tense to use in which circumstance. The video has been very helpful as usual.
