This unit has given me many examples on how to properly manage a class. It’s very important that the teacher establishes that they are in control from the beginning but also that they are able to relate to the students. If the students and the teacher can have a very friendly dynamic then teaching becomes more pleasant for both the teacher and the students.This session provided valuable information on how to run a future English class or any type of class. I learned about the ESA methodology and that every class should start with \"Engage\" and end with \"Activate\". I learned that elicitation is done during the \"Study\" phase and that students are best taught by discovering the language rather than being taught.
