i have come to know in this unit about the different types of courses available to the students. what are some of the methods to check the students proficiency, progress and what he/she has achieved. i also have learnt how to select the syllabus for specific clients, how to set needs test for them which can possibly help to decide which book to decide for them.The unit focused on the different language teaching techniques available to teachers and on the different applications of the engage study and activate program .It was very clear in its explanation of the system and its practical use in the classroom also with which group it was relevant.It cleared up for me some confusion I had had with the boomerang method .
