Being fair is very important when evaluating students however it is very important to give placement and diagnostic tests for the purposes of planning effective future lessons.External exams should not be seen as an intimidation and therefore teachers should encourage and tutor their students in a way that they will approach those tests with lots of confidence.This unit went into detail about the importance of productive skills which are speaking and writing. These are equally important, as they assist a learner with communication - how to express themselves when they would like to say something that they deem important and value and would like the other person to acknowledge their sentiment. This was a helpful unit.
