Despite studying and working full time Julia was still able to find time to complete her course without feeling pressured to complete more than she was comfortable with. Although Julia found the final lesson planning task to be particularly challenging she found the experience to be rewarding and can see how overcoming the challenge will benefit her future classes.

This lesson was more of an overview for the different reasons we as teachers would give different tests or assessments at different times. The most valuable information that was offered in this chapter were the different external tests that are offered and what the usage of each would be so we can better suggest or prepare our students for the appropriate ones.This unit covers the different techniques used to motivate and involve all the students.The videos show errors that teachers can sometimes make which make it difficult for students to understand what the lesson is about and also what is expected of them.It also shows that a teacher should show enthusiasm which will in turn bring out enthusiasm in the students .
