I feel that lesson plans are quite hard to create. I was having difficulties deciding what activities would go in what part of the ESA structure. That being said, I was able to learn the proper format for creating a basic lesson plans as well as activities. This was the first lesson that provided an example activity like an already created questionnaire.This unit covered lesson planning. Lesson plans help teachers stay on track and serve as records of class progress so the teacher can review what's been covered. A good lesson plan isn't ridged, but flexible allowing for adaptation to the specific needs of the class. Self evaluation also plays a roll as good teacher strive to improve their teaching methods.
