Parts of speech can very challenging, as the English language can be very tricky for both native and non native speakers. The course material is very detailed and thorough reading and practicing i.e writing down sentences can extensively improve ones language. I had come across most of the stuff. The only new word to me was gerunds though I knew what they are.This unit identifies the many roles of teacher and learner which are many including but not limited to instructor, facilitator, policing, councellor, psychologist and mentor. There are 4 skills to understand: reading and listening are receptive while speaking and writing are productive skills. We also have an overview of different teaching methods such as PPP.
