I have enjoyed this Unit and find it very interesting but also realize as a Beginner teacher, the need to reference back to all this information would be necessary until it becomes second nature.
It is very important to get the Testing correct, as I feel you can have long term affects on a child if they are placed incorrectly, as could make them feel inadequate.It was very interesting to understand better to know how to improve reading and listening. These are two important skills and it is not always easy to help students to improve this. It requires work and understanding of how best to encourage students to read and how to gage the lesson to best acommadate the interest of the students and to keep their attention.
