This unit outlines some of the personality traits teachers and students need in order to become successful. This unit states that teachers need to understand the many reasons why people choose to learn ESL in order to help them be more effective.What I feel I have learnt from this unit is the relationship between a teacher and student, how to present yourself and give the right examples also how to keep the lessons interesting. I have also learnt the different types of qualities a teacher or student must have. \"A good teacher will always have good students\" this is written in the conclusion of Unit 1.
