This was a good lesson as it dealt with grasping the meaning and context of a sentence or words through actively listening and receiving the message properly, such as having prior knowledge of the circumstances. It also gave good examples of an ESA lesson plan, and how both reading and listening are equally important, as one cannot exist without the other.Very fitting that this unit states an instructor must not be intimidated by the tense system, as I certainly was before starting this unit. I was able to feel an introductory confidence after completing this lesson, but feel that there is still much to wrap my head around. I am again reminded of how I take speaking English as a native language for granted!
