He found the course to be ideal for his situation as he has a lot of work to do in Thailand and the flexibility of learning online allowed him to study the course whenever he was free.

This unit taught me about the different kinds of materials that are used to teach. Authentic materials are important because they offer real-life practice, however these materials are usually too advanced for beginner students. If using a course book, it is important to omit certain lessons and be critical about which materials are best suited for your classroom.Unit 3, included a lot of information in regards of theories, methods and techniques. It was quite heavy and a lot of info to understand in just one chapter. I think the methods and techniques are essential importance in order to have a good flow in each lesson and even more important in the teaching planning. I felt it was a very good unit but as well very hard.
