The unit contains the parts of speech that exist in the English language. Through it, I have learnt some of the intricacies of the English language. Several of the concepts which have, in the past, eluded me, have been clarified in the unit. The unit provides a paradigm by which I could devise a lesson plan for teaching the structure of the English language.The content of this unit teaches us the five main conditionals for speaking and how they differentiate from one another and the different times to use which conditional. As well as the conditionals we are given techniques and ideas to teach these conditionals. We are also taught forms of direct speech and what they become when the tense being spoken is changed.
