This first unit is meant as an introduction to teaching ESL. It establishes the different roles and responsibilities of the teacher, as well as explaining the types of students a teacher may encounter. It suggests ways to instruct students that cater to their strengths and account for their weaknesses, rather than conforming to the preferences of the teacher.First of all, the audio volume of the two videos were extremely low and bad. I couldn't even listen to the voice of the professor clearly. Most of the concept and phase were clear though, they were not an appropriate concept of this test! In the first lesson, I think not only the lesson is dull and boring, but also students are not interested! (Question No.4)
