Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

Speaking and writing are very important skills for any learner and should be treated as being equally important. I have learnt that we teacher sometimes neglect writing and focus more on speaking, but emphasis should be on both skills. I believe the knowledge gained from this unit will go a long way in helping me in my career as a teacher of the English language. This unit is called troubleshooting. It is about solving potential problems that may arise in the classroom. My initial thought when reading this unit was that it is only common sense stuff, but I realized these are all fairly easy problems to occur and having this unit to look back on will most likely help in the future instead of trying to reinvent the wheel.
