My own take-away from this lesson is that function brings sense to grammar and vocabulary. Taught well, functions could make a language more relevant to students of all ages.In this unit there are various tests introduced to the students attending language school. Evaluation in the classroom determines the different levels the students need to cover in order to complete these tests. Teachers need to be aware of the language level and materials given to determine the outcome of students ability to complete internal and external tests.
