Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

This unit was very helpful and educational in explaining course books and lesson materials. The unit spelled out the difference between using authentic materials and created materials when trying to teach a subject. The unit talks in details about the advantages and disadvantages of using each method. I very much liked the telephone role-play cards idea.Overall the unit was the most informative out of all, so far. Since I did my degrees in Translation I haven't studied much about methodology - I have acquired my teaching skills through experience - most of the material was new to me. Now I can say that I can easily talk on the topic, neatly arrange my ideas and apply them in my classes more effectively.
