Los Angeles also has a vibrant nightlife and is home to some of the best restaurants in the country.
The Santa Ynez Valley is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. Situated north of Santa Barbara, this region features some of the best vineyards in the country. The favorable climate makes for the ideal location to produce high-quality Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Visitors come here to sample the best wines and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding country. The area also has relaxing spa resorts where you can spend a weekend in paradise.
California’s north is home to the state’s second most famous city: San Francisco. Take a bike ride across the iconic Golden Gate Bridge and visit Golden Gate Parks’ many museums. Fisherman’s Wharf is the perfect spot to sample fresh seafood while watching the famous sea lions sunbathing on the rocks.
